This allows time for our Reception team member to consult with others if required in order to provide the best possible solution. It also ensures the communication is more easily shared between staff if required.


Find us in Northcote: 409 High Street, Northcote, VIC 3070 (on the corner of Elm Street). There is time-limited parking on Elm Street, otherwise Northcote Plaza shopping centre is just a block away.

Find us in Brunswick: 301 Albert Street, Brunswick, VIC 3056. The clinic entrance is on Prentice Street; please be aware that’s a one-way street. There is time-limited parking on Albert Street, otherwise Woolworths shopping centre is just across the railway tracks.

Fax: We are seeking to eliminate faxes. If you are a medical professional, we prefer Argus ( or HealthLink (ttcorner) and can exchange password-protected PDF files. In the absence of all other options, if you really, absolutely, have no other choice, then we can receive faxes on 03 9068 5249.

Transfer medical records: Health professionals can send large files to us using our upload facility.

After hours: We provide after-hours access for our patients via a mobile number that is shared when new clients join our practice. The after-hours number is not for medical emergencies. In that situation, please call 000 or attend your local Emergency Department.
