Existing clients can request repeat scripts and referrals online, as well as request a change to an existing referral, request a medical certificate after a recent appointment. or chase pathology results.

Phone: 1300 557 502. If you have a request that isn’t straightforward, we’d prefer an email. This allows time for our Reception team member to consult with others if required in order to provide you with the best possible solution. It also ensures the communication is documented and is more easily shared between staff if required.
Find us: 409 High Street, Northcote, VIC 3070 – across the road from our original premises. There is some time-limited parking on Elm Street, otherwise Northcote Plaza shopping centre is just a block away.
Fax: We are seeking to eliminate faxes for efficiency and environmental reasons. If you are a medical professional, we prefer Argus (firstname.lastname@example.org). We also subscribe to HealthLink (ttcorner) and can exchange password-protected PDF files. In the absence of all other options, we can receive faxes – please call our Reception team for details.
Transfer medical records: Other clinics and health professionals can send large files straight to us using our upload facility.
To reach us after hours: We provide after-hours access for all our patients via a mobile number that is shared when new clients join our practice. The after-hours number is not for medical emergencies. In that situation, please call 000 or attend your local Emergency Department.
