I’m a low-carb (almost carnivore!) GP, and I’m passionate about helping you flourish and become the best version of yourself. I believe in adopting a holistic approach and leveraging lifestyle interventions to champion your overall health and wellbeing. My primary interest is longevity and healthspan, and I use lifestyle approaches such as fasting, low-carb, ketogenic, and carnivore diets to optimise your physical and metabolic health. Additionally, I’m trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you develop the tools and skills needed to tackle challenges and lean into discomfort.

My interests include fermenting kombucha and playing strategy board games such as Terra Mystica.
